About Me

Ankita Kundu is an award-winning dietitian, Endocrine diet clinical nutritionist, and lifestyle coach from West Bengal, India. The Food Science, Technology & Nutrition Exploration Foundation named her the ‘Most Promising Youngest Dietitian in East India’.
She holds a Master’s degree in Science specialising in M.Sc. Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Hazaribagh, and also certified Community Nutritionist. She founded Nutritalks in 2020, a diet clinic in Purulia with a mission to provide real insight and educate common rural Jangal mahal people about healthy eating and lifestyle habits.
With a small but well-connected team, she offers personalized diet and lifestyle plans to clients and patients worldwide (via the website NIRVAANA) to manage obesity, Thyroid, PCOD/S, Diabetes, Fertility Problems, Maternal diet, Hypertension, and all other lifestyle disorders.
She does not believe in strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, following FAD diets, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, she encourages the use of food’s medicinal benefits with a holistic approach. Her unique yet simple presentation of videos on social media always have a personal and ‘desi’ Approach, which allows her to deeply connect and engage with people’s lives and deliver the message effectively & also give them psychological support.
